You can disable comments on any post, by unchecking the field under the Discussion section, in the lower part of post edit screen. If you don't see the section as shown in attachment, please scroll up to the "Screen Options" tab in the top right corner and find the box that should be visible.
In the same screenshot attached, you can also see the checkbox for Facebook comments, which has a separate control. So, you can choose for both of them whether they'll show up on that certain post.
However, for this to work properly, you may also need to check the "Ignore global settings" option, so that your setting for that particular post can override the global setting that you control via Customizer's "Daze single posts" section.
