When you install and activate WooCommerce plugin, the additional section named 'Skin WooCommerce options' will appear in the Customizer. Among some other settings there, you will find 'Shop featured area' where you can set the slider to appear above the products on Shop page.
However, if you'd like the products to appear in the slider on your blog page, there's a way to this as well. Just navigate to 'Skin blog page' in Customizer and in the 'Blog featured area' settings, you can choose Featured posts (slider) and put the IDs of the products you want to appear there.
Also, since each page already has the option to include the slider at the top, once the WC is activated, additional radio button will appear there as well - to show featured products instead of posts.
